The broker

Sasha Catus is a licensed Real Estate Broker and formerly broker of Catus Properties. He has been in the real estate business for over 17 years. His experience in commercial sales is extensive not-to-mention his relationships with sellers and buyers throughout the city. He believes in the Bronx market and encourages healthy markets in the sale of homes and seeking tenants for rentals. As a former Manhanttanite, Sasha has called Mott Haven and the Bronx his haven for the past 18 years and with his background in education then real estate he has blended into a dedicated real estate broker who understands people and the serious business of selling and managing of their properties.

 

Sasha strives in staying active and involved in all aspects of deals and wherever he is needed. He is on 24/7 and his clients know they can count on his presence and expertise.
